These terms govern your activity as a A-TaSA partner (VTC, Delivery and/or Carpooling) in Benin. By continuing, you agree to be bound by these terms.
ATASA Group operates in Benin across three activities: transport (VTC), parcel delivery (Delivery) and carpooling. As a partner, you join a team of verified professionals responsible for safely transporting clients or delivering parcels. By signing up as a A-TaSA partner, you unreservedly accept these Terms, whatever activity (or activities) you carry out. Your main responsibilities: - Pick up the client or parcel at the agreed point - Drive the client, or deliver the parcel, under good conditions - Complete every job in the application - Maintain professional conduct
The A-TaSA platform is published and operated by ATASA Group, Société à responsabilité limitée (SARL), registered with the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register (RCCM) of Cotonou under number RB/CO/26 B 43301 and identified under taxpayer number (IFU) 1200901598609, whose registered office is located at [ADRESSE DU SIÈGE À COMPLÉTER].

As a A-TaSA partner, your GPS location is shared in real time with: - The client (or the parcel's sender/recipient) — to track the vehicle's arrival or the delivery's progress - ATASA Group — to optimize operations An initial position is recorded during setup to initialize your service area. It is then updated only while you are "Available" or on an active job. It is never used as a personal address nor shared for third-party commercial purposes. Geolocation is mandatory to carry out A-TaSA professional activity. Without a valid GPS position, you will not be able to go available or receive a job.
Earnings per job: Your earnings are calculated automatically based on the distance travelled and the base fare set by A-TaSA. You see the exact amount before accepting each job. Cash collection: For jobs paid in cash, you collect the amount from the client and remit it to A-TaSA under the agreed terms. Mobile Money payments: Earnings from jobs paid online (MTN MoMo, Moov, Celtis) are paid directly into your Mobile Money account. Payment frequency: Payouts are made according to the schedule set by ATASA Group. Any payment dispute must be reported within 48 hours.
Every job follows this strict process: 1. You receive a job notification 2. You accept the job in the application 3. You go to the pickup point (client or parcel) 4. You pick up the client, or collect the parcel 5. You drive the client, or deliver the parcel, to its destination 6. You complete the job in the application (ATX code for a delivery) 7. The job is confirmed and your earnings recorded A job cannot be confirmed in the system until it has been explicitly completed from the application.
As a A-TaSA partner, you agree to: - Drive carefully and follow traffic laws - Treat every client (and every parcel) with care and professionalism - Keep your vehicle clean and in good condition - Immediately report any incident or problem - Keep your status up to date in the application - Not accept jobs outside the platform Applicable sanctions: - Warning for a first minor infraction - Temporary suspension for repeated infractions - Permanent suspension for serious misconduct (dangerous driving, theft, damage, fraud) A-TaSA reserves the right to withhold earnings in the event of an unresolved dispute.
