VTC

How long do I have to cancel a VTC ride for free?

As long as no driver has accepted your ride, you can cancel at any time, free of charge. Once a driver has accepted, you have 75 seconds to cancel for free. After that, a 1,000 FCFA cancellation fee applies.

What happens if my driver doesn't show up?

You won't be charged any cancellation fee — you can cancel freely. Since a ride is only paid at the end of the trip, there is nothing to charge if it never happened.
