Frequently asked questions

Carpooling

How long do I have to cancel a carpooling booking?
As long as no driver has confirmed your booking, cancellation is free and your seat is credited back immediately. Once a driver has confirmed, the same rules as a VTC ride apply (75-second grace period, then a fee) — but this fee can never exceed 50% of the price of your booked seat.
What payment methods are accepted for carpooling?
Cash, A-TaSA wallet, Mobile Money (MTN, Moov, Celtis), and card where available.
