Frequently asked questions

Delivery

How long do I have to cancel a delivery for free?

As long as no courier has accepted your order, cancellation is free. Once a courier is assigned, you have 75 seconds to cancel for free. After that, cancellation is no longer possible until the parcel has been delivered. After 3 free cancellations, a 750 FCFA penalty applies to your next orders.

If I cancel a delivery paid from my wallet, will I be refunded?

Yes. If the cancellation is accepted before the parcel is picked up, the amount paid from your wallet is refunded in full and automatically, immediately.
